COVID-19 Policy/Procedures Update: Return to Office
The health and safety of our employees, patients, and community are our primary concerns, especially during these difficult times.
We have always adhered to the highest standards of cleanliness, but in response to the Coronavirus, we have implemented additional precautionary measures, such as temperature measurement by the non-contact thermometer, COVID-19 screening questions, hand sanitizers throughout the office, social distancing, and spread-out appointment schedule.
Our employees have been well trained on the latest recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control to help mitigate the spread of COVID-19. We use alcohol-based disinfectants throughout our office and sanitize frequently touched areas before and after each patient. We are routinely disinfecting door handles, seating, and other highly touched surfaces. All of our employees are wearing protective face masks and we ask you to wear one as well. All frames will be cleaned using a disinfecting solution and/or sterilized after each try-on in the newly acquired UV/Ozone sterilizer.
Our office has returned to the original office hours, however, we are limiting the number of patients that are seen in our office to avoid crowding and maintain a safe environment. If you have an urgent need to be seen at our office, such as eye irritation, blurry vision, headaches, itchy eyes, problems with contact lenses or glasses, please call, email, or text us for an appointment.
